• EraZero does not guarantee originality or exclusivity

5.2 Brand & IP Responsibility

You confirm that:

• You own or have rights to uploaded logos/assets
• Generated creatives do not violate third-party rights

6. AI Limitations & Accuracy

EraZero AI:

• May produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs
• Does not guarantee correctness or suitability
• Should be reviewed before real-world use

7. Service Availability

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance
• Suspend access for violations

We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

8. Intellectual Property

• EraZero AI platform, code, and branding remain our property
• Users may not copy or redistribute platform components

9. Limitation of Liability
